2010 Winter Games Overview
I look forward to the 2010 Winter Games. Probably because I love sports. Also, because I love to watch all the stories that come out. And finally, because it’s surprising for me to watch, who worked and trained throughout their lives, take 1-5 minutes to compete and how to achieve their goal or not. I know, everyone should feel like a winner. If I went to the Olympic games, I probably will. But at the same time, it is very surprising, if you really win.
In 2010 at the Winter Olympics, there are many things to observe. Follow the Olympic torch being carried. Watch the opening ceremonies and see if Vancouver did something else. I do not know if they put as much money as China did it, but I’m sure that there will be something amazing. Also watch some new Olympic events such as the Olympic snowboarding. These events are similar to the version of the Extreme Sports show on ESPN. I am surprised that they asked what people used to do in the park on their own that is an Olympic sport.
As usual, one of the most popular events is the Olympic figure skating. This year the United States two losers. I think the time is sometimes better Weak in sports. People pay less attention to you and you have less pressure, number 1. Remember Michelle Kwan, who was to win the gold, and never did? Either way, it was too much pressure on her. The only problem with not having the pressure is the fact that judges sometimes notice less than you deserve, especially in figure skating, because you are not number 1. But, sometimes, you can come from behind and take her as Tara Lipinski and Sarah Hughes did. Thus, figure skating remains something really interesting to look forward to the Winter Games.
Finally, with all new every way to get information, be careful not to check in online, if you plan to watch the Olympic Games. Because they are in Canada this year, it will be a little better for those in the United States than when they were in Japan or Europe. The problem then the time zone difference. With the internet winners reporting and information very quickly, looking at the Olympics has become very boring when you already know who won. So, if you look forward to at night, try to avoid sports news or big news in general. It can ruin your experience observing Winter Games 2010.
